PROJECT OVERVIEW

Our proposed curriculum is designed to offer a year-long, comprehensive educational journey for students aged 12 and up, their program facilitators, and parents. It will be meticulously tailored to address the nuances of today's diverse mental health landscape.

Our curriculum emphasizes a dual-focus approach. It aims to train facilitators as peer support specialists while providing students with an intensive behavioral health curriculum. This strategic design ensures a holistic development ecosystem that not only equips facilitators to guide effectively but also empowers students to navigate and thrive amidst their mental health journeys, laying a solid foundation for transformative change.

Facilitator Training: Our specialized training will equip facilitators with the skills necessary to offer peer support that's empathetic and effective. This preparation is crucial for those tasked with guiding students through their mental health journeys, ensuring they have the tools to foster meaningful connections and promote resilience.

Your selected facilitators / peer support specialists will also be armed with guidance on how to navigate students through our behavioral health curriculum, including customizable lesson plans. We will build each individual lesson with extensions to empower the facilitator to make their best judgment and use their intuition on how to take our inclusive lessons and create a more difficult or simpler version…

Because no one knows your students better than you.

Student Curriculum: For students, we will provide a comprehensive behavioral health program designed to nurture healing, redefine success, and catalyze peak performance. This curriculum covers essential aspects of mental wellness, from understanding emotional responses to developing coping strategies, tailored to support students in achieving their full potential.

With facilitators prepared to serve as peer support specialists, our curriculum can be widely implemented, reaching students across the program. This scalable approach maximizes impact, enabling a broad audience to benefit from our holistic educational offerings.

At the heart of our proposal is a commitment to holistic well-being—recognizing that true high performance comes from a balanced integration of physical, mental, emotional, and social health. Our curriculum is designed to empower individuals not just to cope but to thrive, setting a new standard for behavioral health education.

We invite you to join us in this transformative endeavor. Together, we can shape a future where comprehensive mental health support and high performance are within reach for all.

OUR APPROACH

With CC, you’ll never hear the words “good enough.” In partnering with you, we want to ensure that your curriculum equips your students and coaches with a comprehensive learning experience, customized for the particular circumstances and needs of your unique audience.

The platform's interactive features foster a dynamic learning environment, encouraging active participation and community building among users.

MAINTENANCE

We're confident in the quality of the materials we're building for you, but your needs for this content will likely evolve over time. With us there to implement all updates, you can rest assured that a team that knows the ins and outs of this curriculum will be the ones working on it. We can also take the content online at a future date—we're experienced curriculum builders and would welcome the opportunity to expand the reach of this important mental health training.

ALIGNING AS PARTNERS

To produce a highly effective curriculum for ICF, CC plans to follow these steps when we kick off with ICF. We understand the necessity of aligning with your team to ensure the shared vision comes to life in the way you expect.

Logo Price Comparison (3).png

We’ll begin our engagement with a product development workshop where:

  1. The CC and ICF teams will meet for a project launch to coordinate schedules, share materials, plan a meeting cadence, and clarify expectations.

  2. The CC team will conduct an audit of the existing content for ICF’s training programs, including a review of all available evaluation data.

  3. We’ll develop learner and coaching personas and a learner journey map and coach journey map.

    1. We’ll leverage those personas and maps during the course outline and planning phase to ensure the content we develop is focused on the goals and needs of your user sets. We will align outcomes to meet those goals.

  4. We’ll develop a standard weekly plan for the course, and we’ll come up with ideas and activities for the course, focusing on how each piece will function independently and as a component of the complete course.

  5. We’ll then create a prototype that contains a representative sample of course activities that will run for two different 1-hour classes.

  6. As we are developing a prototype, we’ll also work out the branding of media interactives, workbook pages, and optional videos.

  7. After getting approval for the standard weekly cadence, prototype, and branding, we will develop templates to create content for the course.

  8. Lastly, we will create a complete course outline that plans out the content and activities at a high level for the entire curriculum, broken down deliverable by deliverable. The course outline will let us see everything that will be covered and how the course will develop and build week-to-week. It will also ensure we have a solid mapping plan for all intended learning outcomes.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

CC strongly believes that up-front planning is essential to effectively manage project risks, dependencies, and the overall timeline and budget. Defining a detailed road map for the project will ensure effective communication and clear alignment of project goals and objectives. CC’s project managers are responsible for ensuring that project quality meets the expectations of our clients. In particular, our project managers are responsible and accountable in areas that include schedule management, project oversight, and budget tracking.

ADAPTABILITY

STATUS UPDATES

  • In the meantime, our initial framework for project management is as follows:

  • CC tracks schedules and deliveries using GoogleSheets.

  • Our preferred tool for keeping meeting notes and agendas is GoogleDocs.

  • We use the communication tools of GoogleMeets to manage meetings.

  • Asana allows us to create timelines that show real-time delivery status.

  • Meeting agendas, with a cadence agreed to at project start, will include updates on project status.

  • Asana tracking can be exported into most formats, including Excel or PDF, for use in meetings.

CASE STUDIES

ClarityCrest LLC's managing partners previously worked on the notable SaksWorks project - with our efforts recognized in major publications like The Wall Street Journal, The New York Times, Vogue, and Fortune, highlighting our innovative approach to corporate wellness. We transformed corporate wellness by integrating holistic health practices into the workplace, initially launching four coworking spaces with amenities designed to nurture employees' physical, emotional, mental, and social health across New York City. This initiative, which later expanded to serve 1,500 members from various companies, including executives at Hudson's Bay Company, Saks Fifth Avenue, SaksOFFFifth, The Arena Group (Sports Illustrated), Duchess Management, NRDC, and more, led to significant increases in employee retention, community engagement, and subjective well-being. Overcoming the challenge of making wellness practices appealing in a fast-paced corporate environment, we successfully made health tools accessible and desirable. Collaborations with WeWork, Reside Health, VerbAI, and BodySquad further amplified our impact, showcasing our ability to create environments where leaders along with employees  could thrive.

Results that scratched the surface of what we accomplished:

83 - our excellent industry leading NPS

86% - Employees who felt more connected to their community

78% - Employees who adopted healthier habits

71% - Our industry high engagement percentage
